Q:Do we need to place something at the bottom of the bathtub while installing?

No. Dewo's bathtub is composed of 3mm thick acrylic and 3mm thick fiberglass layer, making it 6mm thick and sturdy. All bathtubs require no padding at the bottom, just a flat installation ground.
Q:How to install Dewo's bathtub?
A:
1. Ground wire: Fix with screws or place on ground to prevent static. 2. Plug: Connect power directly for massage/temperature functions when water level is sufficient. 3. Pipes: Connect cold (blue) and hot (red) water pipes to corresponding faucets. 4. Drain: Insert drainage pipe directly into the floor drain hole.
Q:What should I do if the bathtub drain is not draining or draining slowly?

It may be caused by clogged hair or pipes. Try lifting the drain cover and using pliers or tweezers to remove hair. If the pipeline is blocked, please contact relevant personnel for handling.
