AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryDEWO is a metal and bathroom-product supplier with stated manufacturing, inventory, quality-control, and customization capabilities. It holds ISO9001:2015 and CE certifications and reports OEM service for well-known brands. Quality procedures, complaint handling, and corrective-action processes are documented and followed. However, the supplier lacks a valid manufacturing-capacity contract with affiliated subcontractors, has no overseas warehouse, showroom, agents, branches, or overseas-service coverage, and does not provide ODM or SDK services. Evidence of financial credibility is limited to year labels rather than substantive financial results. Customer-case evidence is limited to self-described product durability and OEM experience without named customers or specific case details.

Supplier typeThe supplier’s stated business scope covers plumbing pipe parts, metal products, metal structures, non-electric household appliances, and related kitchen, sanitary, glass, and plastic products. Its company description specifically emphasizes bathroom products, indicating a manufacturer focused on bathroom and broader metal-related goods.

CertificationsThe supplier reports ISO9001:2015 quality-management certification and CE certification across its company, sustainability/product, and product-compliance information. RoHS is also mentioned in the company description, although the provided information does not identify its exact certification scope or validity details.

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier has documented and followed procedures for customer complaints and corrective and preventive actions, supporting a defined service process. However, it has no overseas warehouse, showroom, overseas agents or branches, and reports zero countries with overseas service, limiting international after-sales coverage.

R&D capabilityThe supplier reports one national science and technology progress award and new products during the past year, indicating some innovation activity. It does not provide an SDK and does not offer ODM services, so its innovation-support scope is limited in the provided evidence.

Production capacityProduction-related evidence includes multiple manufacturing facilities or equipment categories, two quality inspectors, in-stock capability, standardized finished-product inspection instructions, and a stated peak-season fulfillment time of 2–3 months. A material weakness is that no valid manufacturing-capacity contract exists between the factory and affiliated subcontractors.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly offers customization from samples, designs, full customization, minor customization, and flexible customization through both design and R&D capabilities. This supports broad customization, although the supplier separately states that ODM services are unavailable.

Product Q&A

Q:What is the warranty period for Dewo bathroom products?

Bathtub: Within one year from the date of purchase, if a malfunction occurs due to quality issues, Dewo will repair or replace faulty parts free of charge. Bathtub accessories: Same one-year warranty applies. Note: The motor has a specific 5-year warranty.

Q:Do we need to place something at the bottom of the bathtub while installing?

No. Dewo's bathtub is composed of 3mm thick acrylic and a 3mm thick fiberglass layer, making it 6mm thick and sturdy. It requires no padding at the bottom, just a flat installation ground.

Q:How to install Dewo's bathtub?

Installation involves connecting a ground wire, the massage bathtub plug (for power), cold and hot water pipes (standard size: 16mm pipe), and inserting the drainage pipe into the floor drain hole.

Q:How to clean and maintain Dewo's bathtub products?

Clean the drainage plug regularly. Wash walls with hot/cold water. For stubborn dirt, use neutral detergent or white vinegar. Avoid pouring water above 80 degrees or placing hot items/hard objects on the surface.

Q:What should I do if the bathtub massage function cannot be activated?

This may be due to insufficient water level. Continue adding water until the water level exceeds the massage hole by 5-8cm.
