What is your payment term?

We accept T/T. 30% deposit upon signing the contract, and the remaining 70% balance shall be paid before shipment.

Fully compatible. We can customize 110V/220V, 50Hz/60Hz voltage and frequency according to customers' local standards, compatible with electrical specifications of most countries worldwide. It can match local plugs and control systems without additional modification for direct installation and use.

What is the difference between vertical concealed and horizontal concealed types? How to select the model?

The vertical concealed type requires no ceiling installation, suitable for spaces with sufficient floor height and no ceiling. It can be installed in wall grooves and under windows with uniform air supply and more convenient maintenance. The horizontal concealed type is suitable for ceiling installation. Choose the horizontal type for low floor height and ceiling-designed spaces; choose the vertical concealed type for non-ceiling, window side and corner areas.

We also provide OEM/ODM private label services with customizable customer LOGO, exclusive packaging and multi-language manuals to meet the needs of overseas brand distributors and customized engineering projects.

What is the warranty period? How about after-sales service?

The whole unit enjoys 1-year warranty, and core components (motor, heat exchanger) enjoy 3-year warranty. For overseas customers, we provide remote technical guidance, installation and commissioning training, a multi-lingual after-sales team and sufficient spare parts inventory to respond to overseas after-sales needs quickly and eliminate customers' worries.

What is the delivery cycle and transportation

Accepted Answer

Standard models are in sufficient stock and can be shipped within 3-7 days; customized models take 15-25 days for delivery. We support multiple transportation methods such as sea freight, air freight and express delivery, including full container shipment and LCL mixed batch. We track logistics in the whole process to ensure on-time delivery for different procurement volumes
