The product has a long shelf life of up to 18 months when stored in a cool and dry place at room temperature (25 degrees Celsius).
Q:Can I customize the color of the silicone?

Q:Why does my silicone mold get burnt out?
A:
This usually happens when using unsaturated resin materials without proper temperature control. The resin generates heat when the curing agent is added. You must demold the product within 3 minutes to avoid burning. Our silicone rubber includes special high-temperature resistant materials to help prevent this issue.
Q:Why is the tear strength of my silicone mold weak?
A:
Weak tear strength is often caused by adding too much silicone oil or catalyst. We recommend adding no more than 2-5% catalyst. Also, avoid using the mold prematurely; wait at least 24 hours after production. Using an outer mold for protection is also recommended.
Q:Why does the silicone mold appear oily?
A:
The silicone itself does not emit oil. The oiliness is caused by the addition of composite silicone oil (a mix of silicone oil and white mineral oil) during operation. White mineral oil is a petrochemical product, not pure silicone oil.
