A custom advertising table cloth, also called a promotional table cover, is a printed fabric fitted over a standard folding table for a full-surface brand display. It covers the tabletop and sides with your logo, colors and message, making your booth stand out at trade shows, exhibitions and retail events. Made of stretch or warp knitted polyester with fade-resistant printing, it delivers a professional wrinkle-free look without clips or tools.

We offer five table cover styles to match different needs. The tight-fit type uses elastic spandex fabric that hugs the table and legs for a sleek look. The cover type fits like a box with clean vertical drapes on all sides. The loose type is a classic throw-over tablecloth with natural draping. Three-sided tight-fitting and three-sided cover types with an open back keep the front and sides fully branded while leaving the rear open for seating and storage.

Our table covers are cut to fit standard rectangular folding tables in three popular sizes: 4ft (60 x 122 x 74 cm), 6ft (76.2 x 183 x 74 cm) and 8ft (76.2 x 243 x 74 cm). All sizes cover the tabletop and reach the floor on all sides. If your table is non-standard, we fully support custom sizes and custom shapes. Our table cloths are made from two main fabrics. The tight-fit and open-back styles use 230GSM or 300GSM spandex polyester, which stretches to hug the table, recovers its shape and resists wrinkles. The cover and loose styles use 250GSM warp knitted polyester, a thicker, heavier fabric with excellent drape and durability. Both materials are colorfast, easy to clean and reusable at multiple events, giving long service life and a consistently professional appearance.

We use two printing technologies. Heat transfer printing is used on the stretch spandex polyester styles, producing sharp edges and vibrant colors that withstand repeated stretching. Dye sublimation printing is used for the warp knitted styles, infusing ink into the fibers so the print never cracks, peels or fades after many washes. Both methods support full-color, edge-to-edge printing, reproducing your logo, photos and gradients with high clarity on every side.
