High Quality Multi Cavity Versatile Single-Process Mode Mould

Typically, the lead time for a new mold is between 25 to 45 days, depending on the complexity of the part, the cavity count, and the current workload of our factory. Simple molds can take 20-25 days, while complex, multi-cavity, or high-life molds may require 50 days or more. A detailed schedule will be provided upon project kick-off.

We follow a strict T1 (First Trial) process. After machining, we conduct a "dry run" on the injection machine. We provide the customer with an Inspection Report of the first shots, a CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) Report for critical dimensions, and a Mold Trial Report. We only consider the mold ready for sampling once it runs automatically and produces dimensionally stable parts.

For standard production, our MOQ is usually based on raw material purchasing, often starting from 1,000 to 5,000 pieces. However, we understand the need for prototyping or market testing. For trial orders, we can offer low-volume production (500-1,000 pcs) or rapid prototyping services using temporary tools.

We accept 3D files such as STEP (.stp), IGES (.igs), and native CAD formats (SolidWorks, UG/NX, ProE). For 2D drawings, PDF or DWG formats with clear dimensions, tolerances, and material specifications are required. The more detailed the drawing, the more accurate the quotation.

Absolutely. We provide a free Design for Manufacturing (DFM) Report after reviewing your 3D model. We will analyze potential issues such as wall thickness consistency, draft angles, gate location, weld lines, and sink marks. We suggest modifications to improve moldability and reduce cycle time.
