AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryJet Power is identified as a combined supplier specializing in generator sets, with stated capacity from 1 kVA to 4000 kVA and professional technical personnel. It provides sample-, design-, and fully customized solutions, plus 3D software design, ODM, and OEM services. Manufacturing-related evidence includes multiple processing machines, finished-product inspection instructions, inventory capability, and stated peak/off-season lead times within 15 workdays. Service systems have written procedures and follow-up records for supplier assessment, corrective actions, and complaint handling; overseas services include debugging, maintenance, repair, and installation. The supplier holds CE and ISO9001:2015 certifications. Limitations include no valid manufacturing-capacity contract with affiliated subcontractors, no overseas warehouse or showroom, no SDK, and only one stated R&D engineer. No financial credibility evidence is available, and no Fortune 500 cooperation is reported.

Supplier typeThe supplier is classified as a combined company and describes itself as a generator-set provider with a strong professional technical team. Its stated product range covers open, soundproof, container, mobile, trailer, and vehicle-mounted generators.

CertificationsThe supplier states that its products have CE certification and that its management system is certified to ISO9001:2015. These are explicit certifications relevant to product compliance and quality management.

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier offers overseas debugging, maintenance, repair, and equipment installation, and has written procedures with implementation records for corrective actions and customer complaints. However, it has no overseas warehouse or showroom, so the evidence supports service capability but not extensive overseas infrastructure.

R&D capabilityThe supplier reports professional technical R&D capability, new products within the past year, 3D software design, ODM services, and OEM services. However, it reports no available SDK and lists only one R&D engineer, which limits the evidence of broader innovation resources.

Production capacityProduction evidence includes cutting, laser cutting, bending, punching, welding, and plate-picking machines, finished-product inspection instructions that are uniformly followed, inventory capability, and stated lead times within 15 workdays in both peak and off-season. A deficiency is that no valid contract exists between the factory and affiliated subcontractors, but this does not negate the stated production capabilities.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly provides customization from samples, customization from designs, and full customization, supported by 3D software design services and production according to customers’ special technical requirements. This indicates broad product customization capability.
