Q:What is this part? Which excavators does it fit?

This is a swing reduction gearbox (motor not included) for Hyundai 38-43 ton excavators. Compatible models: R380LC-9, R380LC-9A, R380LC-9DM, R380LC-9SH, HX380L, HX430L. It is interchangeable with 31QA-10140, 31QA-10141 and 31QA-10142.

Yes. It is made in accordance with original factory specifications and supports original technical standards, enabling direct 1:1 replacement.

Q:What about the material and heat treatment?

The housing is made of alloy cast steel for high impact resistance. Gears are carburized and quenched with hardness of HRC58 62, featuring excellent wear resistance and crack resistance. Equipped with imported bearings and fluorine rubber oil seals, high temperature resistant and leak-proof.

Q:How is its performance under working conditions?

Designed for heavy-duty operation of 38-43 ton excavators with strong swing torque. The transmission efficiency reaches over 97% and running noise is below 75dB. The shell is designed with cooling ribs to keep oil temperature stable and avoid performance degradation under high temperature.
