This line is specifically designed for FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic), carbon fiber composites, wind turbine blades, solar panel frames, thick plastic pipes, plastic drums, rubber tires, and even bulky industrial waste. It is highly effective for materials with high toughness and abrasiveness.

Our standard machine configurations range from 500 kg/h up to 3,000 kg/h (3 tons per hour). The exact capacity depends on your raw material type, moisture, and the final particle size you require. We can customize the motor power and shredder size accordingly.

The final particle size is highly controllable. With our precise vibrating screen system, we can typically achieve output sizes ranging from 10mm to 50mm (or even finer powder, depending on the screen mesh). Oversized materials are automatically returned for re-crushing.

The lifespan depends heavily on the material you process (e.g., pure FRP vs. with metal). However, we use high-grade D2 alloy steel with a special heat-treatment process. Generally, the dual-shaft shredder blades last 6-12 months, while the hammer tips in the hammer mill may require slight adjustment or flipping every 2-4 months, extending total service life.

The dual-shaft shredder can handle occasional small metal components without damage due to its strong torque. However, for the hammer mill, continuous large metal parts will damage the hammers. We highly recommend adding a magnetic separator before the tertiary hammer mill in your production line to protect the equipment and produce high-purity recycled powder.
