It processes plastics (PET, PP, PE, PVC, ABS, PC, EVA, TPU, PA nylon, etc.), rubbers (natural, SBR, NBR, EPDM, silicone, FKM), foams (PU, sponge, expanded rubber), heat-sensitive pigments, masterbatch, wax, and even hard materials like ceramics and glass. Essentially, any material that is tough or heat-sensitive at room temperature.

Many materials (e.g., EVA, TPU, rubber, PP/PE with high toughness) soften, clog the mill, or degrade under ambient heat. Liquid nitrogen freezes them, making them brittle so they shatter into fine powder cleanly without melting or losing properties.

Depending on the material and sieve mesh, the finished powder typically ranges from 20 mesh (coarse) down to 300 mesh (~50 microns) or even finer. We can help select the right configuration for your target size.
