Q:When can I get engineers from you?

Our engineer will be dispatched to your place to help with installation and employee training after your preparation work is finished (water ,electricity and air pipes well connected). Normally it will take around 15 days after visa is ready. If engineers can't go aboard, we will instruct installation and training through online meeting and installation videos.

Q:When can I get my machine after I paid?

Normally production time is around 20 to 50 days depending on ordered compressor type, while shipping time based on your destination port.

Q:How to install my machine when it arrives? How much is the cost?

We will send our engineers to your factory or have online meeting to help with the installation and staff training. Customer pays round-trip ticket, accommodation and USD 80/day/person.

Q:What's your payment term?

We accept 30% deposit, 70% balance TT before shipment.

Q:How to test machine before delivery?

Machines testing running over 8 hours, and sending testing reports and video.
