12 Months after B/L date. Any failure occurred within the period due to our responsibility, we'll supply you the spare parts for free, also permanent technical support and consultation all life long for the machines.
Q:What is the lead time for production?
A:
For normal orders, we promise to produce within 15-20 working days. Off-season lead time is within 15 workdays, while peak season lead time is one month.
Q:Can I customize the product with my own brand?
A:
Yes. We provide OEM/ODM service. Just tell us your ideas or provide the drawing, and our professional engineers can help you carry out your ideas.
Q:What are the payment terms?
A:
1) T/T 40% deposit, T/T balance 60% paid before shipment; 2) T/T 40% deposit, balance 60% paid through irrevocable L/C at sight; 3) Other payment terms are negotiable.
