What payment terms used at DMTC?

We accept 30%-50% T/T in advance for the first cooperation and balance before shipment. For our close partner(cooperate more than 5 orders), we can support 100% payment net 20days after deliver goods if the amount less than 2000USD.

How to complain about the goods? (non-conformity)

Simply notify us by email within 30 days from reception. Please send us your report by email to us and providing order number and name of the item; we also ask you to include a brief description and picture documentation of the goods. We will analyze all the received information and get back to you within the next 1-2 days.
