AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryDongmei Audio Co., Ltd. is identified as a combined company operating in audio equipment manufacturing and sales, household appliances, lighting, technical services, and related activities. It demonstrates substantial R&D and customization capabilities, including 3D design, ODM, OEM for popular brands, recent product development, and documented design review, verification, and validation records. The supplier reports quality assurance and inventory capability, with stated lead times of within 15 workdays off-season and one month during peak season. However, important control gaps remain: no written corrective and preventive action or complaint-handling procedures, no valid manufacturing contract with associated subcontractors, no overseas warehouse or showroom, and no SDK availability. Financial information is present only as years, without sufficient evidence to assess credibility. Customer reach is described broadly, but specific customer cases are not provided.

Supplier typeThe supplier is classified as a combined company and operates in audio equipment manufacturing and sales, alongside household appliances, lighting, technical services, import/export, and related activities. It also reports inventory capability, but lacks a valid manufacturing contract with associated subcontractors.

After-Sales capabilityTechnical engineers are responsible for technical support during production and after-sales service, and the supplier has relevant service-capability records. Nevertheless, it has no written corrective and preventive action mechanism or written customer-complaint handling procedures, indicating a documented after-sales process deficiency.

R&D capabilityThe supplier provides 3D software design, ODM services, and multiple forms of customization, and reports new product development within the past year. R&D engineers handle customer requirements, technical support, and new product development, while auditable design documentation is available; however, no SDK is available.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly supports customization from samples, customer designs, full customization, minor customization, and flexible customization. Its 3D design, ODM, and engineering support capabilities further support customized development and production.
