Unlike welded one-piece silos that occupy bulky space, this silo is manufactured in flat steel panels and shipped as a knocked-down bundle. The compact, container-friendly panels let a 40ft container carry far more storage capacity, which directly reduces freight cost per ton and keeps project budgeting predictable, especially for remote or cross-border sites.

Standard models cover 50 to 500 tons, and non-standard layouts can be engineered on request. Silo diameter, number of wall rings, cone angle and leg height are all adjustable, and our engineers confirm general arrangement drawings with you before production so the delivered unit matches your batching plant layout precisely.

Every panel is pre-punched, numbered and match-marked, so assembly requires only a small crew and common tools. A 100-ton unit is typically erected by three to four workers with a crane within two to three days. We supply erection drawings, a step-by-step manual and free remote guidance from our engineers to keep installation smooth.

Shell plates use Q235B carbon steel with thickness calculated from storage pressure, shot-blasted to Sa2.5 grade, then coated with epoxy primer and finish paint. This two-layer protection resists rain, humidity and coastal salt air, keeping the silo structurally sound for more than ten years under routine inspection and maintenance

The silo suits cement, fly ash, lime and other free-flowing powders. Optional accessories cover aeration pads to prevent arching and bridging, continuous level indicators, pressure safety valves, a top dust filter, access platforms, and a matching screw conveyor that feeds powder into your batching plant automatically.
