Q:What is your delivery time for bulk orders?
A:
For standard stock sizes, we can ship within 1-3 working days. For bulk custom orders, the lead time is typically 7-15 working days, depending on the quantity and customization requirements.
Q:What percent of the final bond strength can I expect immediately after application? After 24 hours? After 72 hours?
A:
Immediately after an application is made, about 60% of the bond strength is achieved. As the adhesive continues to wet-out the surface, you can expect the bond to be at about 75% - 80% after 24 hours. After 72 hours, 95%+ of the bond strength is achieved. The bond will continue to build with time.
Q:What could be the problem with debonding?
A:
Surface pollution: The adhesive surface may have dust, oil stains, moisture, or release agents, which can directly cause a decrease in viscosity.
Operating temperature too low: The tape will harden, the initial adhesion will decrease, and it will affect the bonding.
Insufficient or uneven pressure: Without applying sufficient and uniform pressure using tools, air cannot be expelled, resulting in virtual adhesion.
