Add vulcanization system and stabilizers first. Then adopt dipping, casting or foaming process, followed by medium/low temperature baking for film forming and vulcanization. Mastication like solid rubber is not required.

Can I dilute latex directly with water?

Moderate dilution is acceptable. Excessive water will reduce stability and lead to stratification and coagulation. Please carry out trials according to your formula.
