A1: Yes. We specialize in custom fasteners. We can produce all types of custom screws & bolts according to your engineering drawings, or reverse-engineer from your physical samples. Dimensions, head styles and threads are fully customizable.
Q:Q2: What materials can you supply for custom screws?
A:
A2: Multiple options: 6061/7075 aluminum, 304/316 stainless steel, 45#/40Cr/4140 alloy steel, Gr2/Gr5 titanium alloy. We recommend grades according to load, working environment and budget.
Q:Q3: What is your machining tolerance for custom fasteners?
A:
A3: Standard critical dimension tolerance +/-0.02mm. Tighter tolerance can be achieved upon special request. Inspection reports will record all tolerance data.
Q:Q4: What surface treatments are available for different materials?
A:
A4: Aluminum: hard anodizing with multi colors. Carbon/alloy steel: zinc plating, black oxide, quenching. Stainless steel: passivation & polishing. Titanium: anodizing & sandblasting.
Q:Q5: What thread types can you manufacture?
A:
A5: We support Metric threads. Inch / Imperial threads are also available for custom orders. Special non-standard threads are acceptable as well.
