A1: Yes. We specialize in custom hex socket shoulder bolts including low head M3 half thread shoulder screws for sensor bracket and shaft positioning. We can produce by drawings or reverse engineer from samples. Shoulder diameter, shank length and thread length are adjustable.
Q:Q2: What materials are available for shoulder bolts?
A:
A2: We supply 45# steel,40Cr alloy steel,Grade12.9 high strength alloy steel,304 and 316 stainless steel. We select material based on load, wear requirement and working environment.
Q:Q3: What is the machining tolerance for the shoulder shank?
A:
A3: Standard critical dimension tolerance +/-0.02mm. Tighter tolerance available on request. Dimension inspection report will be provided.
Q:Q4: What surface treatments can you do?
A:
A4: Carbon/alloy steel: black oxide, quenching, zinc plating. Stainless steel: passivation and polishing.
Q:Q5: What sizes can you produce for shoulder screws?
A:
A5: Standard M3, full range M2~M12 metric thread. Imperial thread and non-standard thread are also acceptable.
