Q:What material options do you have for this swivel eye pulley?
A:
We supply SUS201 and SUS304 stainless steel. SUS304 is anti-corrosion for coastal, wet and outdoor environments. SUS201 is cost effective for indoor dry applications. All material can be marked on the pulley body.
Q:What is the safe working load (SWL) and breaking load of this pulley?
A:
SWL depends on pulley size. Each size has marked safe working load. Breaking load is 4~5 times of SWL. We provide load test report upon request. Please advise pulley size for exact load data.
Q:Which groove type should I choose V U or H groove?
A:
V groove: for wire rope track guiding, slide on steel track
U groove: round slot, protect wire rope, used for lifting and cable pulling
H flat groove: for flat belt or flat cable transmission
You can select mixed groove types in one order.
Q:Does this pulley come with double bearings? Are bearings replaceable?
A:
Yes, all our swivel eye track pulleys adopt double ball bearing structure for smooth rotation. Bearings can be disassembled and replaced for maintenance.
Q:Can the eye ring rotate 360 degrees?
A:
Standard pulleys can provide material test certificate. We can apply CE document for your batch order. Please inform us your target market before order.
