Q:What material is this jacketed kettle?
A:
The pot and frame are made of food-grade SUS304 stainless steel. The scraper is PTFE. It meets food hygiene standards, corrosion-resistant, mirror polished, easy to clean.
Q:What is the heating type and temperature range?
A:
Electric thermal oil heating. Temperature adjustable from 0 to 200deg C. Digital control box maintains stable and even heating.
Q:Does the agitator scrape pot wall and bottom? What is the advantage?
A:
Equipped with 360 degrees PTFE scrapers that fit the pot closely. It avoids sticking and burning when cooking paste & sauce, ensures uniform mixing.
Q:How to discharge materials?
A:
Hand wheel tilting design. Turn the wheel to tilt the pot and pour out materials. Low residue, easy to clean after discharge
Q:What standard volumes are available? Can I customize?
A:
Standard sizes:50L/100L/200L/300L/400L/500L/600L/700L/800L/900L/1000L. Custom volume, motor power, stirring speed and voltage are supported.
