Quality is our top priority. We carry out strict tests on every batch of products, including chemical analysis of raw materials and mechanical tensile strength tests. For all steel components, we adopt controlled hot-dip galvanizing technology to ensure the zinc coating thickness exceeds the standard value of 85 microns. This guarantees reliable anti-corrosion performance of over 20 years under harsh outdoor environments.

Q:What is your standard lead time and minimum order quantity? What payment methods do you accept?

Our usual production lead time is 15 to 30 days. We offer flexible MOQ policies to support both large infrastructure projects and trial orders for new distributors. We provide direct factory shipment services to major international ports, and fully support all trade terms including FOB, CIF, CFR and DDP. 30% T/T in advance, 70% T/T before shippment.

Q:What kind of packaging do you use for the products? Can you provide samples? Are the samples free?

Standard export pallets with waterproof and moisture-proof treatment, suitable for long-distance ocean transportation. Samples are free of charge, but the freight cost shall be borne by the buyer.
