Q:How the machine will be produced and packed?

All printers will be produced and tested well before packing, and the printheads will be installed well in the printer, and fixed the printer carriage on the printer beam, then the printer body will be fixed into the plywood box for long way shipping by sea, by air, by express or truck.

Q:How long can I receive the goods?

We will arrange the delivery within 5~7 working days after receiving the deposit or full amount . If it requires longer time, we will inform you as soon as possible. The shipping time takes about 2 to 4 days by air. 2-50 days by sea depends on different countries.

Q:How to receive my order? Is it safe during shipping?
