It is very easy. The printer is tested and aged for 2 days at our factory. Upon arrival, technicians install the software remotely via PC, and you only need to add ink to start printing.

All printers have a one-year warranty. Main parts like boards, motors, and drivers are replaced free of charge (shipping cost covered by us), excluding printheads and ink supply parts.
