All spare parts and ink are available from us during the whole lifespan of the printer, or you can buy them locally.

What is the maintenance requirement for the printer?

The printer has an auto-cleaning and auto keep-wet system. Before powering off, please perform a normal cleaning to keep the print head wet. If you do not use the printer for more than 1 week, it is better to power on the machine 3 days later to do a test and auto clean.
