All spare parts and ink will be available from us during the whole lifespan of the printer, or you can buy them locally.

What is the maintenance routine for the printer?

The printer has auto-cleaning and auto keep wet systems. Before powering off, please do a normal cleaning to keep the print head wet. If not used for more than a week, power on the machine every 3 days to do a test and auto clean.
