How hard is it to get the printer started?

It is very easy. The machine is installed, tested, and aged for 2 days at our factory. Upon arrival, you unpack it, and our technicians install the software remotely. You only need to add ink to start printing.

What is the warranty policy?

All printers have a one-year warranty. Main parts like boards, motors, and drivers are replaced free of charge with express shipping covered by us. Printheads and ink supply parts are excluded.

Does this UV Printer have a UV Spot function?

Yes, it has a spot UV function. You can apply varnish (white) to specific areas only, creating a layered effect for certain parts of the print while leaving others without varnish.
