We offer both fully automatic and semi-automatic models. Fully Automatic Type: Equipped with a PLC controller and infeed/outfeed conveyor system. It can be seamlessly integrated into your existing packaging line (e.g., between a palletizer and a stretch wrapper). Ideal for high-volume, continuous operation (30-60 pallets/hour). Semi-Automatic Type: Requires manual strap feeding through the sword. More cost-effective for low-volume or offline pallet strapping.

Q:What type of strapping material does this machine use? PP or PET? Which one should I choose?

This machine is compatible with both PP (Polypropylene) and PET (Polyester) strapping bands. The choice depends on your application

Q:What is the "sword" (through-the-arm) function? Why is it necessary?

The "sword" (or through-the-arm) is a movable mechanical arm that slides through the gap between the pallet deck boards to guide the strapping around the bottom of the load. It is essential for securing a load to its pallet, preventing the load from shifting or falling off during forklift transport or container shipping.

Q:Can the machine make two straps (cross strapping) on the same pallet?

Yes, our automatic models support cross strapping. You can rotate the pallet 90 degree automatically with an optional turntable or program the machine to apply both horizontal and vertical straps. Multi-strap configurations (2,3, or 4 straps per pallet) are also available upon request.
