The main difference is the automation degree. Semi-automatic wrappers need human intervention to start the cycle and can be installed anywhere. Automatic wrappers are part of a fully automatic line and require a conveyor system for pallet flow.
Q:How to choose a suitable pallet wrapper?
A:
For low production (less than 20 pallets/hour), we recommend semi-automatic wrappers. For 30-40 pallets/hour, an automatic wrapper is suitable. For outputs over 40 pallets/hour or specific requirements, a high-performance ring wrapper is the reliable choice.
Q:What kind of film and consumables does a pallet wrapper use?
A:
Pallet wrappers typically use stretch film (LLDPE) which can stretch between 25% and 300%. They can also use pre-stretched film (usually 100% stretch) for manual or semi-auto applications, or stretch kraft paper as a sustainable, 100% recyclable alternative.
Q:What is the maximum load capacity of the turntable?
A:
The turntable is designed to handle loads up to 2000 kg (some heavy-duty models up to 2500 kg) with a diameter of 1650mm and a height of 77mm.
Q:Does the machine offer customization options?
A:
