Stretch Hooder is a unique pallet packaging system that protects the pallet using a hood that adapts to the load without heat. It uses a tubular stretch film which stretches and applies to the load, covering it completely and protecting it on all sides. Unlike other systems, it only uses the exact amount of film needed to protect the load, resulting in a better-protected package with less film usage.

Stretch Hood film is an advanced multilayer tubular film composed of Linear Low-Density Polyethylene (mLLDPE) and EVA polymer. It offers impermeability, stretchability, and elasticity. The structure includes inner layers for mechanical strength and stretch, while outer layers contain additives for resistance to puncturing, friction, sealing, and waterproofing. Film thickness and properties depend on objectives like securing, protection, and visibility.

Yes, our Stretch Hooder system can be integrated into any automatic packaging line that requires it. It can be retrofitted to lines with existing strapping or stretch wrapping systems. Our engineering team adapts both the conveyor line and communication systems to ensure a smooth packaging process.

The machine supports load dimensions up to 1600x1400 mm, with a minimum loading height of 300 mm and a maximum loading height of 2400 mm. The maximum pallet weight capacity is 2000 kg.

The machine requires minimal maintenance. It features maintenance-free stretching corners made of stainless steel and does not use hydraulics or lubricants.
