We recommend a dedicated power circuit to avoid sharing with other high-power equipment. Power consumption ranges from 18kW to 72kW, depending on the model and heating method (electric/gas).

Typical machine dimensions are approximately 5000*3300*2100mm (L*W*H), varying by model. We recommend reserving at least 1000mm of clearance around the machine for maintenance and operation. Additional space is required for inlet/outlet conveyors if integrated into a packaging line.

If film misalignment occurs, follow these steps: Adjust the film roll position and tension balancing bar. If the issue persists, fine-tune the top triangle plate angle - turn clockwise if the upper film layer is off, counterclockwise for the lower layer. Regular cleaning of film feed rollers and sensors also helps prevent this issue.

Possible causes and solutions: Missing phase in power supply: Check the main power line and all phase connections. Damaged heating tube: Inspect for open circuits and replace if necessary. Faulty temperature controller: Check PID settings and recalibrate if needed. We recommend inspecting the heating system quarterly to ensure proper operation of quartz or stainless steel heating tubes.
