Q:How can I get samples?

Samples would be free of charge. While the freight cost should be on your account. You can send us your courier account, or we could help source the reasonable pricing options for your kind reference, then you arrange the wire transfer, we would arrange the sample dispatched accordingly.

Q:If I place an order, what is the lead time?

Normally, we have standard dimension film in stock with large quantity. For special dimensions product, we need 3 weeks after receipt of the payment deposit from the client.

Q:What materials are used in your stretch film?

Our stretch hoods are primarily made from PE (polyethylene) material, which is known for being biodegradable, durable, flexible, moisture and oxygen resistant.

Q:How does it differ from shrink material?

Unlike shrink wrap, stretch film are elastic and offer better stability without needing heat.
