Q:Are you a manufacturer?

Yes, we are a direct manufacturer with two production facilities in China. One plant near Shanghai focuses on stainless steel and aluminized tubes, while the other in Shandong Province specializes in mild steel and aluminized tubes.
Q:Where do you source your raw materials?
A:
We source directly from leading steel mills in China for stable quality and traceability. Main suppliers include TISCO for Stainless Steel, VAMA (ArcelorMittal joint venture) for Aluminized Steel, and Baosteel for Mild Steel. We can also supply 409AL tubes based on project requirements.
Q:Do your materials comply with international standards?
A:
Yes. Our materials comply with required chemical composition and mechanical property standards. For example, AISI 304 meets relevant requirements, and AISI 409 typically has tensile strength between 360-380 MPa. Material certificates (MTC) are available upon request.
Q:What is your minimum order quantity?
A:
MOQ depends on material grade, size, and production arrangement. Generally, due to minimum steel coil purchasing requirements, the MOQ per size is around 5 tons. Mixed sizes or codes can be discussed based on total order quantity and container arrangement.
Q:What welding processes do you use?
A:
Our product line includes ERW Welding and Laser Welding processes to produce straight tubes and precision mandrel bends.
