Q:Do you offer OEM or ODM products?

Yes, if the quantity is attractive enough, we can create new molds for you, make bodies casting with your logo and nameplate. If the quantity is not attractive enough, we will only use your nameplates or labels.
Q:What is the delivery time?
A:
Generally, we have stock for regular products, taking 1-2 weeks if in stock. If not in stock, it takes 4-8 weeks depending on the quantity.
Q:What are your payment terms?
A:
For orders less than 2000 USD, 100% in advance. For orders more than 2000 USD, 30% T/T in advance with the balance before shipment. L/C is also available.
Q:Do you provide free samples?
A:
If samples are available in stock, we can offer free samples, but the air or courier cost will be on your account.
