I live in Russia,is the thermal proof good enough?

Our standard unit is good for temperate and tropical area.For cold place like Russia and Sweden,we would suggest 10cm PIR wall panel which can meet local thermal insulation standard,and have window to be trople layered Low-E termpered glass of great sound proof and thermal proof. Plus on the roof part to have 8cm thickthermal proof material.

Is toilet,shower set,solar panel,AC/heater,water heater, electrical sytem included?
