Q:What is the typical metallization rate of final sponge iron product?

Under stable working condition, finished sponge iron metallization rate can reach 88 to 93 percent. Real index will be influenced by raw ore impurity content, coal quality and kiln working parameter.

Q:How much diesel oil will be consumed for initial kiln heating?

Diesel oil is only used for cold kiln initial heating start up. It will be replaced by reduction coal after kiln temperature rises to target reduction condition. It does not consume diesel oil during normal continuous production.

Q:What kind of after sales support can overseas customers obtain?

We supply English version operation manual. We provide remote online technical support all year round. Engineer overseas site service is optional for large turnkey project. Original wear spare parts can be supplied for shipment.
