We also provide EPC turn-key service for mineral calcination production lines.

Can you customize equipment according to my raw material and working condition?

Yes. All our industrial kiln & mining machines can be customized. Please offer us your material properties, required capacity, working temperature and site condition, our engineering team will work out the suitable solution for you.

Do you provide pilot-scale test service for my raw materials?

Accepted Answer

Sure. We have self-built pilot test lines including pilot rotary kiln and suspension flash calciner. You can send raw materials to us for calcination test. We will provide real data of energy consumption, output and technical parameters for your project reference.

What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

Accepted Answer

MOQ is 1 set for complete machine. For spare parts, small-batch orders are acceptable.

Can I get samples?

Large industrial rotary kiln equipment cannot provide physical samples. We can offer project case pictures, videos, technical drawings and test reports for your reference. Spare parts can support sample order.

Question 6

What is your production lead-time?

Accepted Answer

Small-size equipment: about 10-30 working days. Large complete rotary kiln production line: about 60-90 working days. The exact time depends on equipment specifications and order schedule.

Question 7

What payment terms do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept T/T, L/C at sight. Normally 30% deposit for production, 70% balance before shipment. Other payment modes can be further negotiated.

How about packaging and transportation?

Accepted Answer

Small spare parts adopt plywood case packing. Large-size steel components adopt waterproof tarpaulin wrapping. We support FOB, CFR, CIF, DAP, DDU trade terms. We can arrange truck transportation to port. Oversized heavy-duty equipment will take special large-size cargo transport.
