Do you provide installation, commissioning, and training services?

Yes. Our installation team has over 80 members and can travel to any country to perform on-site setup and commissioning until the customer's acceptance is passed. You are responsible for air tickets, accommodation and our engineer wage USD200/day/person.

What about quality assurance and aftersales service?

All our machines meet national standards and come with a one year warranty. With each purchase, we supply a one-year set of easily worn spare parts. Our aftersales team responds quickly. We also offer free factory training sessions: every year, customers can send operators and maintenance personnel to our factory for skill improvement.

How are orders accepted and shipped?

After machine completion, FAT can be done at our factory with customer's materials, or by video if absent. Final acceptance follows onsite commissioning that meets requirements. Export shipments use fumigation-free wooden cases. Trade terms: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIP.

What if a breakdown occurs?

Our machines are equipped with remote diagnostics, so we can identify the fault remotely. If onsite repair is needed, we will send technicians at the customer's expense for labour. We provide lifelong repair services.

What is the price, budget, quotation, and quotation process?

All our equipment is custom-made. Pricing depends on customer requirements and packaging material diversity. Before quoting, we need information on packaging materials, compatibility, output capacity, process flow, plant layout, and automation level. Once we receive this data, our engineering team prepares detailed drawings and equipment lists. After the customer confirms these, we issue a formal quotation.
