Yes. Our installation team has over 80 members and can travel to any country to perform on-site setup and commissioning until the customer's acceptance is passed. You are responsible for air tickets, accommodation and our engineer wage USD200/day/person.

All our machines meet national standards and come with a one-year warranty. With each purchase, we supply a one-year set of easily worn spare parts. Our after-sales team responds quickly. We also offer free factory training sessions: every year, customers can send operators and maintenance personnel to our factory for skill improvement.

After machine completion, FAT can be done at our factory with customer's materials, or by video if absent. Final acceptance follows on-site commissioning that meets requirements. Export shipments use fumigation-free wooden cases. Trade terms: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIP.
