We have an installation team of over 80 technicians available for global on-site installation and commissioning until customer acceptance. For customers with complex production lines in China, we offer on-site production support lasting 1 to 6 months. Our scope covers full installation and commissioning to secure stable line operation, plus systematic training for operators until they can use the equipment proficiently and in compliance with standards.

All equipment complies with national standards and comes with a 1-year warranty. Consumable spare parts required within the first year are delivered together with the equipment. Our after-sales team offers rapid response. We also provide free factory training opportunities; every year customers may send operators and maintenance technicians to our facility for further training.

Once equipment or production lines are completed, customers are invited to conduct factory acceptance test (FAT) at our workshop. Customers need to supply packaging materials such as bottles and caps for on-site testing. If on-site attendance is not feasible, video acceptance is available. Final acceptance will be carried out again after installation and commissioning at the customer's site to ensure performance meets customer requirements.
