Our factory is located in Ruian City, Zhejiang Province, China, about 40 minutes from Shanghai by plane (4 hours by train). We provide pickup service from the airport or station.

Q:How long is the delivery time?

Normal delivery time is 30-45 days. For urgent orders, we can prioritize production, taking about 10 days.

We provide an 18-month guarantee and whole-life maintenance. Free replacement parts are expressed during the warranty period if parts break.
