Q:Does this product work in wet conditions?
A:
This sensor is waterproof, but in order to prevent water damage, please do not damage the waterproof of the shell when mounting the device. Mount the OSA enclosure with the sensor module facing down.
Q:How can I collect data?
A:
If you have your own data logger, you only need to buy our sensor and we will send you the communication protocol. If you do not have one, we can add our data logger for you, also provided with English software, which can help you read, inquire, and download data.
Q:What is the lifetime of this temperature humidity module?
A:
At least 5 years long. Every sensor has its own calibration certificate or testing report.
