This product adopts neutral curing formula, non-corrosive, will not damage PCB, metal, plastic and other precision components.

Q:What is K-704B? What's the core difference between K-704B and K-705?

K-704B is a one-component neutral RTV silicone sealant, cured by ambient moisture without extra curing agent. Core differences from K-705: K-704B is black shading formula, higher hardness after curing (Shore A 30~40) with strong structural support; K-705 is fully transparent, low-hardness soft silicone, more suitable for flexible sealing and optical bonding.

Q:How to cure K-704B? Is heating required?

It cures naturally by ambient moisture at room temperature, no heating or mixing needed. It cures after extrusion contacting air, and can be fully cured at 25 degree room temperature, easy to operate.

Q:What are the construction precautions? Can it be reworked after curing?

The substrate must be clean, dry and oil-free before construction; avoid touching, water contact and vibration before surface drying. Uncured glue can be cleaned with alcohol, and can be mechanically disassembled and reworked after full curing.

Q:Is it waterproof? Can it be used in outdoor humid environments?

After curing, it forms a dense silicone rubber elastomer, which is waterproof, moisture-proof, weathering and aging resistant. It can be used for a long time in outdoor humid, rain and acid-base environments without hardening, powdering or debonding.
