Can I visit your factory before placing an order?

Yes, visits are welcome. Please make an appointment in advance and provide a schedule and meeting details.

What is the packaging and can I print my logo?

Packaging includes oiling, hardboard sleeves, and wooden cases. Logo printing is available as per customer request.

What is the quality guarantee and after-service?

We ensure 100% inspection at every step, provide MTC for each order, and offer at least a 1-year quality guarantee.

Can you send samples?

Samples are free, but the customer pays for air express costs. If a formal order is confirmed, the sample air cost will be refunded.
