Can I visit your factory before placing an order?

Yes, you are welcome to visit. Please make an appointment in advance and send a visiting schedule and meeting details.

What is the packaging and can I print my logo?

Packaging includes oiled and capped tubes, PE sheet bundles, or wooden cases. Logo or marking can be printed as per customer request.

What is the quality guarantee and after-service?

We ensure 100% inspection at every step, provide MTC for each order, and offer at least a 1-year quality guarantee.

Can you send samples?

Samples are free, but the customer pays for air express costs. If a formal order is confirmed, the sample air cost will be refunded.
