Can I visit your factory before placing an order?

Yes, you are welcome to visit. Please make an appointment in advance and provide a visiting schedule and meeting details.

What is the packaging and can I print my logo?

Packaging includes oiled and capped tubes, PE sheet bundles, or seaworthy wooden cases. Logo printing is available per customer request.

What is the quality guarantee period?

We ensure 100% inspection during and after production. At least a 1-year quality guarantee is provided for every order.

Can you send samples?

Samples are free, but the customer must afford the air express cost. This cost will be refunded if a formal order is confirmed.
