Usually our MOQ is 500pcs.
Q:Can I get samples?

Sure. We usually provide existing sample for free. But a little sample chargefor custom designs. Sample charge is refundable when order is up to certainquantity. We usually send samples by FEDEX,UPS,TNT or DHL. If you have carrier account, it will be fine to ship with your account, if not, you can pay the freight charge to our paypal, we will ship with our account. It takes about 2-4 days to reach
Q:How long is the sample lead time?

For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days. They are free. If you want your own designs, it takes 5-7 days, subjectto your designs whether they need new printing screen, etc. Anyway, we will response fast to your request.
Q:How long is the production lead time?
A:
It takes 10-15 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which canensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.
Q:What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
A:
We have our own designer in house . So you can provide JPG, AI,cdr or PDF,etc. We will make 3D drawing for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation based on technique.
