We machine a wide range of engineering and commodity plastics, including ABS, Polycarbonate (PC), Acrylic (PMMA), POM (Delrin), Nylon, PEEK, PTFE, HDPE, and UHMW.
Q:How thin can CNC-machined plastic walls be?
A:
The minimum recommended wall thickness is 1.0 mm. For rigid plastics like PEEK or PC, it can go down to 0.5 mm with careful machining.
