Select based on viscosity (high speed/simple blades for low viscosity; high torque/complex blades for high viscosity), composition (dispersing ability for solids; explosion-proof design for flammables), and production scale (small flexible units for small scale; large automated equipment for industrial production).

Replacement depends on wear. Check for obvious thinning, gaps, or deformation. For frequent use with abrasive materials, replacement may be needed every few months; for mild materials, blades can last several years. Replace if mixing uniformity drops significantly or abnormal noise occurs.

Causes include high material viscosity, insufficient lubrication, or cooling system failures. Solutions involve reducing material viscosity, replenishing lubricating oil, and cleaning or repairing the cooling system (pipes and fans) to ensure proper heat dissipation.

Empty remaining material, add suitable cleaning agent, run at low speed to dissolve residue, rinse with clean water until clear, and dry with hot air or naturally. Ensure safety by avoiding skin contact with agents and disinfecting for food/pharma applications.
