Q:Where is your factory located?

Our CTP machine factory is located in Hangzhou city, which is about 1.5 hours by train from Shanghai. You are warmly welcomed to visit our factory!

Q:What is the warranty for the CTPs?

We provide three years' warranty for the Laser Head and main spare parts, and one year for the Processor. If the customer uses our CTP machine combined with our plate, we provide a Lifetime Warranty for the CTP and plate.
